General Information

Where is Blue Rosa Spa located?

Blue Rosa Spa is located within Vitality House at 4 Southport Street, West Leederville. We have a small number of parking bays for customers and ample street parking.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Saturday by appointment only.

How can I make an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online through FRESHA, or by emailing us directly at bluerosa@vitalityhouse.com.au 

Services & Treatments

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of treatments including massages, facials, acupuncture, infrared sauna/cold plunge, hyperbaric chamber, aromatherapy, and specialty wellness rituals. Full-service details are available on our website.

Are your treatments customisable?

Yes! Our therapists are happy to tailor treatments to meet your needs. Please inform us of any preferences or concerns when booking or during your consultation.

Do you offer couples’ treatments?

Yes, we offer couples’ massages by request. 

Before Your Visit

Should I arrive early for my appointment?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to check in, unwind, and enjoy a complimentary herbal tea in the wellbeing lounge.

What should I wear to the spa?

Comfortable clothing is ideal. Please bring bathers and a change of clothes for infrared sauna and cold plunge appointments. For massages and body treatments, undress to your comfort level - your privacy is always respected.

Do you have bathroom facilities?

Yes, we have luxurious end-of-trip facilities available, including complementary towels.

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable; you can reschedule your appointment via text or email with 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your future booking. 

No-shows and cancellations/reschedule within 24 hours will be required to pay 100% of the booking fee. Please note that phone calls within 24 hours of the booked appointment will not be considered sufficient notice for any changes.

What if I arrive late for my appointment?

Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid delaying the next guest. Full-service charges will still apply.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Gift cards and packages are also available.

Health & Safety

Are there any health concerns I should share?

Yes. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or if you’re pregnant, so we can adjust your treatment safely.

What hygiene measures are in place?

We adhere to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitisation. Treatment rooms and tools are thoroughly sanitised between each guest.

Yes! Gift cards and packs can be purchased in the spa or online and are perfect for any occasion.
