Based around our 5 pillars of health, a nourishing blend of eucalyptus, peppermint and tea tree to assist in returning to the breath and sensation in the body. A blend to to use at any time of day or night to ease the mind and return to your body.

How to use

Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser.
Ingredients

Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus oil), peppermint (Mentha piperita oil), tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia oil)

Please store below 30º. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use internally. Avoid contact with eyes. skin irritation may result from contact with undiluted essential oils. Never tested on animals.
