Drift away to your happy place. A combination of relaxing, calming, and soothing herbs that each allow for a tranquil state before bed.
We have the choice of two Sleep Tea blends.

Choice of Blend+-

Wind Down Blend:
Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile), Melissa officinalis  (Lemon Balm)

Deep Sleep Blend:
Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile), Humulus lupulus (Hopps), Melissa officinalis  (Lemon Balm), Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower), Valeriana officinalis (Valerian)

Not to be consumed when pregnant.

Product instructions+-

Place 2 teaspoons in a tea strainer and fill with boiling water. Leave to brew for 3-5 minutes.
Ideally consumed 30 minutes before bedtime.
