Blue Rosa Digest Tea

Loaded with the soothing properties of peppermint, the calming benefits of chamomile, the berry aroma and balancing power of schisandra, and the adaptogenic effects of chaste berry.   

Size - 750ml

Place 2 teaspoons in a tea strainer and fill with boiling water. Leave to brew for 3-5 minutes.

ideally consumed after meals.
